David Starr and Ben Harris are both Arkansas natives with roots in the Delta blues, country rock, jazz and R & B. The duo first met when Harris taught guitar lesson at Starr's Guitars in Little Rock in 1998.

All but one of the songs on the album are Starr originals. The late Kenny Edwards composition, Fever, is a duo favorite and is often requested by fans at shows.

On this release, Starr handles vocals and acoustic guitar while Harris adds a tasty counterpoint on electric for most of the set. Ben plays acoustic on Fever and Life After You.
